Steph's BootCamp is a full body workout class for all fitness levels that focuses on strength, conditioning and core with plenty of modifications for beginners. The class will start with a dynamic warm-up, then everyone will be broken up into stations with exercises that target legs, arms, and cardio. Lastly everyone will come together for an ab burnout to finish things off! Steph always says this is YOUR workout. What you get out of it is what you put into it. If an exercise feels easy, grab some weights or ask Steph how to make it more advanced! If an exercise feels difficult, reduce the range of motion, try the modification Steph shows you, or change the exercise to something you CAN do! Just keep moving and HAVE FUN. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, this class is for you!

The class takes place every Tuesday at St. Paul's UCC in Douglassville. The gymnasium is in the building to the left of the cemetery with the number 3 above the door. Doors open at 6pm. Go down the stairs, all the way down the hall, and in through the classroom and boom, there's the gymnasium with Steph waiting for you! See you there!!!!!!!
